Besides disseminating rules and regulations, the session allocated time for officials and employees to exchange, discuss, and clarify issues of concern during the execution of their duties. Through this, it contributed to clarifying regulatory contents, enhancing consensus in perception and implementation methods, while creating conditions for officials and employees to voice difficulties and obstacles arising in their work.

Concluding the dissemination session, Comrade Le Thi Thu Trang, Director of the Cham Sculpture Museum, emphasized the requirement to raise the sense of responsibility of each official and employee during the performance of duties; resolutely overcome the state of shirking or passing responsibility, lacking team spirit and support for colleagues, while proactively identifying and addressing difficulties and limitations in work. She requested all officials and employees to strictly observe administrative discipline and order as well as the agency’s rules and regulations; promote democratic spirit, frankly exchange, and contribute constructive opinions. The Museum management committed to receiving and considering appropriate opinions and recommendations to promptly resolve difficulties and improve management and operational efficiency. At the same time, the Museum leadership and heads of departments need to set an example and uphold responsibility in duty execution. The Director called on all officials and employees to continue promoting unity, initiative, creativity, and dedication, working together to build an increasingly developing Cham Sculpture Museum, meeting task requirements and worthy of the cultural heritage values preserved, conserved, and promoted by the unit.
